2008 - 2014, 2017(1099)
The Constantine Group (TCG) - Lawrenceville, GA
Started the Constantine Pensacola office which grew to a multi-discipline design center supporting Constantine offices in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. I also served as the design lead and project manager for multiple large water and wastewater projects throughout the southeast including Design-Build and CMAR delivery methods with budgets ranging from $1k to $40mm. One of my first projects at TCG was to lead Constantine's design portion of the upgrade to the R.B. Simms 64-MGD Plant Upgrade along with the upgrades to the 27-MGD Lake Blalock WTP. The $30mm project was a Design-Build collaboration with URS and Crowder Construction. The project was awarded the ACEC Engineering Excellence Award, Carolinas AGC Pinnacle Award and the 2014 DBIA Southeast Project of the Year. I also managed several Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Location crews for the Pensacola area including performing locations for several local consulting and construction firms, along with ECUA and Escambia County. I was also responsible for developing system wide CAD Standards for the company. I am currently serving as a 1099 Employee on a as needed basis and currently leading a design of a local WWTP upgrade.

Baskerville-Donovan, INC (BDI) - Pensacola, FL
Served as a project engineer, design lead and project manager for the planning, design, permitting and construction administration on a variety of municipal and private, civil and environmental projects, including but not limited to the following: water/wastewater treatment plant upgrades, gravity sewer extensions, pump stations, water main extensions, elevated water tanks, site grading, and hydraulic modeling. My first project at BDI was the design lead of the $12mm 5.0 MGD Pace, FL WWRP expansion. I later became the project manager and oversaw its construction simultaneously while managing the construction of the $9mm Milton, FL WWTP 2.0 MGD upgrade. While at BDI, I was fortunate to work on over 10 plant upgrades including being a design lead on the $180mm ECUA CWRF 22.5 MGD Plant Relocation.
Jordan Jones & Goulding (JJG) - Charleston, SC
Junior Engineer working on a variety of water and wastewater projects. Worked under the tutelage of Robert Hoffman, who is one of most respected and experienced Plant Designers in the Southeast. My first project at JJG was to compile the entire water model of the Charleston CPW service area which was one of the largest water models at the time and exceeded capabilities of most computers available. With that model, CPW was much better equiped to analyze future/existing interconnections and better protect some of its older and fragile water systems in the historical areas. While at JJG, I was able to work on a variety of Water and Wastewater Plant upgrades throughout South Carolina including treatment plant upgrades at the Lugoff-Elgin Water Treatment Plant, the Cherry Point Water Reclaimation Facility, and several other expansions. I was lucky enough to be apart of the new Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge project working for Mt. Pleasant Water and Sewer to provide a new water main that had to be coordinated with the massive bridge construction efforts. I also served as an Elevated Water Tank inspector for several utilities.
BP Barber, Inc (BPB) - Charleston, SC
After graduation, I moved to Charleston where I was a project engineer working on a variety of projects including a large I/I Study for the North Charleston sewer district; a new Elevated Tank and Pipeline for Lake City, SC; Equipment Evaluation and Planning for the Dorchester County WWTP Expansion; Preliminary Engineering and Planning for the Charleston CPW 24" water line directional drill (4,400 lf Drill) across the Ashley River to Johns Island,SC; Town of Walterboro, SC Lift Station Upgrade and Forcemain Extension, and several other water and wastewater projects.
Graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering in 3.5 years. Course emphasis was Hydraulics and Solid Waste. Senior Project was a complete Hydraulic Profile of a Waste Water Treatment Plant. Interships included working as a Landfill Research Assistant under Professor Dave Elton, P.E.; Served as a construction intern with Robins & Morton on a new hospital in Alamo Gordo, NM learning the fine art of sweeping floors; Intern for the WITT Group (Pensacola & Auburn) doing condition inspection reports of USDA facilities while also providing Autocad Drafting support to the Auburn and Pensacola Offices
